Turbo downpipe with 200 cell sports-cat.
Note: the sports cat will still pass an MOT but a de-cat is not road legal and is for show/display purposes only and will not pass an MOT.
Note: an ECU remap will be required upon fitment; this will ensure correct running and no engine management light issues. The downpipe is supplied with three lambda bosses and a bung; this allows the fitment of a wideband lambda sensor for tuning and also to facilitate different lambda sensor locations. We recommend the secondary lambda wiring is extended to the latest position.
Piper Exhausts is part of Piper RS Ltd and a sister company of Piper Cams, one of the oldest and best known cam manufacturers in British motor sport.
Piper has been producing exhausts for over 20 years and its range covers most of the popular cars released over that time. Piper can offer exhausts made from T304 aircraft quality stainless steel. All have been designed with both performance and style in mind. The same flow bench and R&D facilities as Piper Cams are used when developing new exhausts, to ensure maximum performance. Piper Exhausts are renowned for their unparalleled choice of tailpipe style options and the ease of fit of their systems. This, and their exceptional value for money, makes them the choice of both professional fitters and DIY tuning enthusiasts alike.
In 2007, Piper moved to larger premises in Folkestone, Kent. Since then they have invested over £1million in new equipment; they can now manufacture exhausts using 3.0" stainless steel tube, fitted to many popular turbocharged and race applications. Piper Exhausts continues to grow, constantly adding to its range, developing new technology and tooling and advancing in the motorsport and fast road market.
